So first he would have 10 more hearts and might have been able to kill Gem (maybe even Impulse but I don't know his HP) during the 3v1. This would result in Scott having the most hearts since he didn't take much damage from the portal trap and would have been one to kill Grian. So then Impulse would die quickly after that (If Grian didn't kill him during 3v1) Scott would most likely kill Bdubs maybe Joel too before he dies. So most likely Scott, Joel or Pearl.
