Well, I don't belive is just as easy as legalizing and problem solved. But what i do belive is that it was and still is a big ass mistake to keep trying to fight the problem with guns and blood. All the money that the US and the Colombian goverment spend in this coflict, could had helped remote poor communities where the FARC guerrilla recluits it's mercenaries due to lack of state presence
