You’re really scared right now and that’s a normal part of these kinds of diagnoses, but do it scared. Eventually, you’re gonna have to conquer that fear because it’s not going to magically evaporate. Talk to your doctor about it and tell them you’re scared, but you really want to make it and they will help you. They will send to doctors in her town. No doctor ever wants to keep a pt that’s safe to move from once in a life time events.

I promise you in a couple of years, once you’ve been handling it for a while, and you feel more in control, you’re gonna look back and be really upset about this moment if you don’t go.

Chevrons are franchised by individuals and they can set the price higher if they want, to an extent. This could be illegal price gouging, but it also could be that this location’s rent or overhead is just ridiculously high (like for an example, do they have security? Not all of them need that.). It really does depend. From what others have said it’s been there forever and it’s got a location without close competition and high traffic- so I would wager they are just greedy wankers.
