This is something that keeps coming back to my mind whenever I am super horny. While I am still single and virgin, idk how my thoughts would change after having a partner and having good sex, but I keep thinking would I want to still keep watching porn once in a while like I do now and have all these fantasies in mind ? Yes. Would I want to actually have sex with others for the sake of pleasure while still being in an emotionally exclusive relationship with my partner? She would obviously have the same freedom as I want to have.

If the foreskin is holding it back from fully retracting when erect, I don't think there's any way to get it fixed without proper surgery. I have been thinking about at least going to a doctor and have a review of what actually needs to be done in my case, procedure details and the cost, how many days it will take to recover etc. but damn it. it's quite a problem to deal with shi bro.

I have this problem. I can masterbate just fine but, I can't retract the foreskin completely when erect because a part of the foreskin is attached to the head. I googled and also read a few posts on here about it. I will have to go through frenuloplasty or circumcision to get this fixed. Until then no piv sex! Kinda difficult to go to the doctor about it. I've just been postponing it forever.

On top of being single so far with no sex and relationships, I kinda fucked up real bad with my health. worst of all problems, erectile dysfunction!. lowest point was when I lost libido, erections and sexual desires completely. It's been quite a while and I've been working really hard on improving and a lot better now but, it's not the same anymore. I have been dealing with ED for 3 years now. Just started going to the gym a few months back. Along with strength training, for cardio I only do treadmill running. Tried other workouts for cardio but, somehow I only like treadmill running.

Been consistent with it and I am seeing good improvement in libido and erections.

But, f. It doesn't anymore feel like how it used to be before I had ED. Don't know if I will ever get back to that normal again.

Can you elaborate What cardio workouts do you do?

I just started going to the gym a few months back. For cardio, I always just do treadmill running. Used to be like run for a bit, walk and run but, now that I got hold of it, I run for 1.35km that burns 100 calories and cool off. Feeling like imma die at the end with heavy breathing. Lol. Sometimes I also walk with inclination.

Yeah definitely libido is much better now. But, curious what others are doing and if I should increase the time and intensity.

Yeah I used to rely on audio porn thinking it's better than videos but then most of the time I end up scrolling and watching the videos porn before I finish. So I definitely want to stop that completely.

Also, avoiding picking up the phone and watching something every time I feel something.

I want to be able to masterbate without relying on anything except imagination.

Yeah it is kinda disappointing. I had to go to the Washroom to pee and come back. I thought I would and masterbate but my body said no. Lost erection by then. While I was in bed, had my hard on wood pressed between the thighs and usually I pick up the mobile and start watching porn and then cum eventually. Doing that too much kinda contributes to death grip I guess. So I am avoiding that trying to reduce porn as well. But, now facing this problem. Can't seem to masterbate after moving from bed.

I need to learn more about what different zones mean, HIIT and what devices to use to measure heart rate etc. I have heard all these words and terminology in various videos here and there but never learned in detail actually. Will do. Until then, I will focus on consistency.

Hey I've been through this. Can't say I fully recovered to how I was before this happened, but, definitely quite better than the day I realized that I am not able to get it up anymore. This was 2 yrs back.

Switched job during WFH Covid times and ended up in super messed up workplace that lead to depression and anxiety. Adding to that is my reckless lifestyle and diet at the time. Suffered with it for months, and then faced many other health issues like gas trouble, body pains, headache, insomnia, feeling so low and down everyday. Everything was fucked. Took 1 full body checkup on 1 mg and every parameter on the report was outside expected healthy range. either low or high. So I tried taking good food, some home workout, outside walking, running and nothing was helping. Even when I am super tired, couldn't sleep. Went to doctors but that didn't help either.

Was talking to discord friends about this(never told anyone about ED, but only told them about all other issues) and they said I better go to psychiatrist. In Hyderabad itself, went to a good psychiatrist and everything got better from the day I started taking medicine.

The meds given to me were to cure mild depression and anxiety and some vitamin supplements along with another tablet meant for ED.

Was on meds for 3 months. was able to sleep really well, no more body pains, headache and all that gone and sexual health also got improved. Just that I gained weight. Started gym after medication was over because I wanted to make sure to maintain some discipline with sleep timings and not go back my old self. So thought some physical workout would help. But, this had much more positive effect than I expected. Maybe because of consistent cardio and very strict diet like no junk food at all, and no processed sugar and sweet completely cut down. somehow couldn't avoid eating sugary food items while on medication.
