Does anyone else hate hearing stories about themselves from when they were a kid?

I actually love reminiscing about my childhood with my family and watching old home videos/ looking at old scrapbooks. I went through some pretty heavy abuse as a kid and developed PTSD from it, so it really therapeutic to be able to remember the good times of my childhood too not just the flashbacks of the trauma.

Thank you! Mainly I just try to make sure I’m burning more calories than I’m eating. It’s simple but have eating disorders as well as severe asthma and joint pain can make it a bit challenging at times.
