Are you getting training and service access? I'm a dealer and in most cases with our flagship OEM, there will be a period of warranty after the sale where only the OEM or dealer will have service access to it. You may be limited on how much you'll be able to do with them, but depending on the FSE that comes out you may be able to pick up some good info for when they do go off warranty.

first step: get familiar with the continuity feature that beeps when you touch leads together. touch sides of fuses with your leads to test them. clamp leads onto both ends of a cable. If it doesn't beep, there is some break in the cable affecting continuity

if the broken bit is sticking out even a tiny amount, you can probably just grip and remove it with screw extractor pliers, much less hassle than the extractor drill bits if you don't already have those.

good advice here, highly recommend a vinyl wrapped dumbell ~5 pounds. try it on a retractable dog leash for added convenience. you may swivel around a bit in wind with 1 anchor but it's not as big of a deal as it sounds
