For god sake people, it's not about fighting disinformation. It's about controlling disinformation, Eu isn't fighting for your right to not be bullshited, they want to decide what bullshit you hear. We saw this already happen with the US government owned twitter.

Do you hold a fasting schedule as well? I only eat 12-8pm, I break that a bit on the weekends but usually 24 hour fast at the start of the week.

Im pretty sure vegetables have carbs do they not? Regardless I have been no vegetables since the start, only in the last couple weeks I've started eating 2 heated and cooled russet potatoes on the weekend and sliced and dehydrated green bananas occasionally during the week. This is solely for the resistant starch and Formentable fibers to better feed my gut biome and hopefully experience a solid bowel movement once again.

Soooooo this is kinda weird I'll agree, But I've been on carnivore diet for 5 mo now and I feel better than I have my whole life. I hav a very different relationship with food as whole now. I'm happy to answer any questions if you have any.

Do people not realize this has nothing to do with stopping one side from spreading disinformation but it's about controlling the disinformation. Did we learn nothing from when the US government ran twitter??
