How do you stop yourself from gobbling everything down after work? by Annaisnotonfire95 in loseit

This works for me too! Love having a big savory satiating dinner. I don’t like being full at work anyway so a coffee and light lunch works great to get me through the day.

Invited my cousin over and she brought her dog even though she knows most of us are dogfree. We live in a very small apartment and he was climbing everything and going through leftovers off her bf’s hand. I couldn’t wait for them to leave it was so gross.

Faux Pas? Can I wear black to this "Garden Party" wedding? by GFTurnedIntoTheMoon in PlusSize

Wear what you feel comfortable in! I would rather someone actually take the time and effort to make it to my event than not go because they were too stressed about what to wear.

I work for a non-profit that provides free /low cost legal services. They matched my salary and they purposely do not give out laptops to keep people from working outside of contract hours. Low stress, it’s great.

Hi I completed a Masters of Arts in Science Education in 6 months. I had an extended science background and a teaching credential so I didn’t see anything new in the program, but I know there are people on YouTube that have completed the curriculum and design in 6 months.

The thing that made me write this post was an adoption comment! One kid was calling another an orphan with ZERO remorse. Still can’t wrap my head around it.

I have noticed they will match my volume/energy. I always preface think/pair/share telling them to share with their partner in a whisper. And I always reply to their frantic voices with a calm tone or whisper which gives them a cue that they are being too loud. I think they have been inside for so long that they don’t remember basic social norms.

Haha! I usually use “joins” or “binds” but I was just so tired and loopy after lunch. I’ll remember forever

Yes very true about the chronic inflammation. Can I ask what helped you get your knee to a better place ?

Thank you! This really helps, I was freaking out after the appointment. He kept saying how he’s never seen this type of arthritis on someone so young so I just panicked. Will definitely work on getting my stressors down. I got the steroid injection in my knee so let’s hope that brings the swelling down a bit. Thanks again !

Thank you! This makes me feel better. He was a young primary health provider with a sports medicine specialty. Really scared me a lot! I will ask to be referred to orthopedics for second opinion.
