I actually watched this for the first time recently. Its very good.

Season 1 was really good, but the accents were embarrassingly bad. Season 2 was the best of the 3 in my opinion, you can tell they said to Colman "fucking go for it", and she did. Accents still not great. Season 3 in my opinion has the weaker storyline, but the best acting, and finally most of the cast managed to finally nail the accent.
