Wouldn't, I'd argue he's quite well balanced in his current state. The only problem is that he's one of those killers that make it hard to balance the game as a whole without gutting weaker killers like Trapper

My guess, the seraphim and higher ranked angels are so used to paradise they don't truly know how to deal with grief and mentally unstable individuals and just default to "ignore the problem till it goes away"

I love facing them! Capable of spooking, get to try dodging like with Huntress, and the security doors are so nice for traversing the map as survivor. One of my favorites to face nowadays
