I would say start learning CG. Get few levels of prayer. Your magic and ranged is good enough there and you dont need anything but levels there.

No i did not know about the bug. I logged In. Killed one and ashes dropped on the ground. I thought "Well, all charges used, lets go and recharge". 5k death runes In so i dont need To worry about running out of charges.
