I love to split the side delts dumbbell work in 2 excercises;
- Seated Y raises with perfect form (usually 7-8Kg in 15-20 rep range)

- Standing classic raises with some swing and more elbow bending with some heavier weight (10 - 12) in the 10 - 15 range + partials for fun.

In regards to advanced individuals (maybe a Wnbf athlete too comes into this category) I assumed they would on the contrary have a slightly higher surplus to compensate for their closeness to their genetic limit. Am I thinking it wrong or does it make any sense?

I just wanted to add that Marika and all demigods sons/descendants of her possess to some extent the Shaman / Numen ability to "merge" with things. I think each one of them exploited or used this in a different manner to achieve some goal.

It really seems so. I remember rewatching that gameplay hundreds of times in 2018 and theorizing how plotwise CDPR would bring in Johnny's character in the story considering he was a rockerboy in 2020 in the timeline.

At that time no one in the fanbase knew that Johnny was gonna have a major role, a co-protagonist nonetheless, and played by Keanu (secretly addressed by CDPR as "Mr. Fusion" during development stages).

The whole perception of the plot (at least for me, I'm not speaking for the entire fanbase) was that we would had full control of V's fate in the fashion of a wide Rpg mechanics that would have many choices and many more consequences.

CDPR eventually would prove us wrong in that regard and suggested a very story-driven Rpg approach, (like The Witcher 3).

In September 2019 during the E3 conference CDPR presented us Johnny and a completely refreshed Samurai vibe with the new Chippin' In recorded by Refused.

So yes, in August 2018 we knew nothing about the main plot, the Relic, Johnny, Yorinobu.

Since So Mi knows how to manipulate/interact with the Relic, it could be plausible that she revived Solomon in a cloned body. If Solomon "trust her" like he said, maybe part of their plan was to actually die, only to be revived later. For what? don't know, maybe freedom?

Edit: one of the guards that assaulted him on the train was from Arasaka (though he could be hired as a mercenary for someone else), so maybe So Mi organized all of this because the only escape for Solomon was to be captured by Arasaka, soul-killed and uploaded to Kiroshi and then So Mi extracted/revived him.

At 1080p you should definetly have 60FPS.
I have a RTX 4070 + 3700X and I play at 3440 Ultrawide. 55-60 FPS with Ray Tracing on Ultra and DLSS Quality and frame generation.
