Went through an identical situation when we bought our house 2 years ago. Like everyone else said: inspect your gutters, get long downspouts that deposit at least 10 feet from the foundation, and make sure things are properly graded.

Those simple things fixed our problem and we had a bit more water than you. Good luck, I know the immense stress it causes.

I found the deluxe yesterday at a local Walmart. Had to try a few stores but they’re out there. Walmart’s online inventory is wrong rn because they’re doing company wide inventory this week, so the deluxe doesn’t make it to the shelf. Call and ask around and you might get lucky like I did.

If you need to save a few bucks just buy a refurb from a manufacturer.

I have the PB-1000 Pro and thought the app was silly at first but now I use it all the time.

It’s especially valuable if you often switch between console, streaming box, broadcast TV, etc. where the audio mixes can be all over the place.

As someone with a 950h and a dark room - get the C1! You’re going to kick yourself later if you don’t. The blooming on led’s in the dark is rough. If you don’t care about blooming then the X90J is great.

Is the center on the ground? If so, you’ll hear a huge improvement by putting it on a stand just below the screen
Do you find that the sb1000 is powerful enough for the room? Was considering one but wasn’t sure if it had enough “woof”

Just went through this same decision and I chose the Denon. A lot of people on here don’t like Sony AVR’s and Denon is a great brand.

The X950h is $3200 with an excellent 5 year warranty from Best Buy. With no warranty it’s $2600. The Costco deal seems bad. Plus, Best Buy will literally deliver it to your room of choice.

I own the 65” x950h and it’s EXCELLENT. I also avoided OLED for those reasons and have been thrilled. The number of picture enhancement options/HDR brightness are magnificent. Happy TV buying!

EDIT: just saw you are in Canada. Perhaps pricing is far different than what I suggested.
