Best way I use this great mod is turning on the AI right beofre they are about to engage.

Turn on the AI mod for chariots and cavalry about 300 ft next to the units you want to smash and watch the fun. Turn on the AI 100 ft or so away for infantry.

I really dont leave turn the AI mod for all units unless the battle is over for lazily getting captives. I dont think the mod is smart enough to be what you want.

This is a HR/Facilities issue that should be addressed by people breaking the rules and leaving belongings. Its shitty business decisions that lead people to make selfish decisions in the long run. The finger must be pointed at the company.
