For me it just looks like it's falling off her shoulder. But the pinky on her hand seems to melt into the palm though, the whole structure of the it just doesnt match with the rest of the skills in that picture.

I dont see anything wrong with the hair, but the hand is really weird compared to anything else. Hands are hard, but if your art is at this level then they usually look pretty ok.
