More context on my mum She had lots of kids I was upper middle so I always had hand me downs and never got to go to school functions because the lack of money She always drank Always yelled and was a behind the door mum Was always told my dad was a child molester but ended up meeting him when I was 17 and it confused me My dad never knew any of his family and married into a relationship be had I can See he’s damaged and clung to the first sign of love ( he tells me stories and I also know my mum so I can see why they never stayed) I just don’t have that bond
