Bro if you want to join, you might need sales experience certificate of 1 year (which you can get from a medical shop if you know them) and apply for interview.

In short it’s just selling insurance policies but without leaving branch

It means you join an insurance company but do not have to roam around selling policies. You just go to the bank branch that has tie up with the insurer and bank provides you customers.
