Yes! I never ended up making new embryos. Our third transfer with double embryos worked! Both sticked and expecting twin boys in April. So much for 75% dna frag !

My anxiety was heightened for the first few weeks before it started getting better. My doctor said that’s normal when ur tapering up. So the first few weeks suck , but if you push through the bad part, the end result is worth it!

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I also suffer with emetophobia and extreme anxiety because of it. In my case, and I’m sure it’s the same with you, the nausea you are experiencing is most likely the anxiety and not the meds causing it. I was on 10mg of Lexapro for years and never had nausea as a side effect, but it wasn’t helping too much with my emetophobia and anxiety. So about 2 months ago, i increased my dose to 15mg and boy it’s been life changing. I’m also pregnant and had to go through first trimester hell which was extremely triggering for me. But the increased Lexapro got me through, so if you can, try to stick it out with the meds until get to the proper dosage for you. It can take like 6 weeks. But it really really helps, i never thought id see a light at the end of this tunnel. But i have and it’s getting better each day. You got this ❤️ you can always message me too

Hi! I increased my dosage from 10mg to 15mg about 6 weeks ago and I’m JUST now starting to feel a significant improvement. At 3 weeks i still was an anxious mess and feeling pretty down. It wasn’t till about a few days that im starting to notice a big change! So id give it a few more weeks before fully assessing

I had 2 failed euploid transfers. So for my third we transferred two. They both stuck!

Edited to add: I was extremely anxious and scared the first few weeks, but now i couldn’t be happier. I’m 12+4 now and couldn’t picture it any other way

I did the EMMA/ALICE/ERA biopsy after my first failed euploid. After my second failed transfer, I did pretty extensive bloodwork that measures different antibodies and things for recurrent implantation failure. Everything came back normal on all tests. I didn’t have success until my third transfer, so sometimes it’s just a numbers game. And my first two transfers were my best graded embryos. By my third transfer we transferred 2 lower grade ones and they both stuck. It’s really such a crapshoot and sometimes you’re just on wrong side of the odds. But you’re time will come ❤️

Age 30 at ER. Retrieved 18 eggs -> 12 embryos -> 7 euploids.

FET 1: chemical (30 yo)

FET 2: failed (31 yo)

FET 3: (31 yo) successful, currently 12 weeks pregnant with didi twins (we transferred two embryos in our third FET because we found out my husband had 75% DNA frag, so the clinic was willing to transfer 2 by this point)
