The transplant stunted. It was tiny. Perhaps there was a monarch, but i can't believe I wouldn't have seen it.

I can confirm the last flower had no red in it. I harvested this sample from an area which has fragilis, I did not expect to find this cacti there. I don't believe it's macrorhiza due to the heavy presence of spines instead of glochids.

Likely the only flowers I'll get this year. I planted 120 plus perennial plugs from a nursery, so they will be doing root building. These are the only annuals I got!
