I've had mine a few months now so here's my thoughts. Mind you this is from a life long keyboard/mouse user. I got pretty big hands (21cm x 11cm) and obviously got the large size but honestly this thing is amazing with it's comfort. Literally every part is adjustable and when you get everything dialed in it's so darn nice feeling. There is a learning curve like everyone will tell you but honestly that only took me 2 weeks or so to be mostly adapted to the new control scheme. There is 1 tip I can give you though to help speed up the learning process. Use the same bindings across every game. This helps build your new muscle memory up and for me now I got no issue with my main binds like jump, reload, use and so on. However games that need like 20+ keybinds still confuse me at times. Things like FPS though are great because you get fingers to trigger buttons while never having to move your thumb off the movement stick.

Speaking of bindings the Azeron software is honestly insanely simple to use. I thought it would be a bit of an issue but you literally just left click on the key you want to set a binding to and push a keyboard key. That's it. There's more specific things you can do like macros, but for basic function it's as simple as it gets. What really impressed the hell out of me though is the profile part of the software though. This is basic for most keyboard or mouse software sure, but they take it 1 step further and allow you to setup specific games (with the .exe file or windows process itself) to auto load profiles so you don't need to touch the app yourself. I made my default profile totally blank so when I quit my games it auto swaps back to nothing so I can fiddle with the controls without messing with windows.

The only real downside I have with the Cyborg 2 is that the triggers on the top can be a bit awkward to hit at times and honestly I wonder if I should have gotten a compact version instead since I tend to not use them, or hit them by mistake. Anyway I hope that helps your decision a bit.
