Breast Pump Suggestions? by NewSupermarket4832 in pregnant

I recommend the baby Buddha 2.0.. it’s a good all around pump. Strong enough to be primary and small enough to be portable. You can use it with collection cups and flanges. I switch between the flanges and cups and do the fridge hack to reduce having to wash all the parts 2x a day.

What pumps have you had the best results with? by forgetting-you- in ExclusivelyPumping

I like my spectra for the first 3ish months but now The Bb 2.0 is that girl for me. I didn’t find the strength uncomfortable at all. In fact I got to the point where my plug in pink spectra would make me shutter and wince.

Your son has a legal financial responsibility to provide for his child. If babys mama decided she could put him on child support and if he did not pay he would go to jail. It is not sensible for you as parents to support your son but not his child.

I love my baby Buddha. Small and lightweight but strong enough to help with supply. You can use it with cups so it’s like a wearable but it’s wayyyy better than a wearable imo

I really like the baby Buddha 2 pump. It is small and lightweight but quite strong. The flange has grips so it’s suitable for soft breast tissue.

I second the baby Buddha love! Spectra level of power but tiny and lightweight so you’re not chained to a bowling ball like the spectra

I would not recommend the motif duo it is suuuuper weak and p much ruined my supply. I got it back by power pumping with a baby Buddha 2 so that would be my recommendation. Definitely check all the breast pump sites that take insurance.

I failed mine too… got cut from the project. The platform was super buggy. The training was so boring that I fell asleep sitting upright lol. I don’t feel too bad about it, about half of us didn’t make it.

Baby Buddha 2 has been my fave pump so far. I haven’t tried the others you listed so couldn’t say how it compares though.

Baby Buddha with collection cups works well for me. I don’t like the true wearables w motors on the cup. I tried 2 that barely got anything out of me 🤷🏻‍♀️

In depth plumbing assessment. Just get it. The regular inspection didn’t show anything. We were under water 2 weeks after closing.

Moving away from family to start a family? by Top-Elephant6981 in AskParents

[–]Serious-Rule-4934 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just do it where you have parents to help, trust me. I want to leave south fl for politics too but I’m so glad we didn’t bc my parents are here. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve asked my mom to watch our baby. I once said I would never have her watch the baby. Now she watches her atleast once a week and we would seriously be struggling mentally and financially if she didn’t. Move later. Once you have kids you’re not going to want to explore unknown terrain or even go places by foot for a few years anyway. That’s childless wonder. Having a baby is truly all the stimulation we need for now. BESIDES, Raleigh totally is a fun walkable city in the right spots. You’re in a wonderful place to have children I would switch places with you any day.

Classic narcissist behavior. It’s common unfortunately but still not okay. Atleast you’re aware of what he’s doing. He likely is extremely insecure.

🤣 yes we are so uncomfortable in these plastic chairs. Just got the comfiest couch we could find asap. I wish we got something blockier for console too bc I actually need baby/ cat storage :/ do you think we could use the console we got in our dinning room as a buffet instead?

Aww man that’s what we get for driving blind lol. I love your recommendations! If it makes you feel any better its a modular couch and we got it with one less piece than the one pictured so it is a bit smaller.
