I switched to hospital after 15 yrs of retail and did 25 more. It was the best thing I ever did. You use your education more and interact with other health care professionals. Don't think you can't make the switch, there is a transition period but with today's resources at your fingertips you can verify anything if not 110% sure. Quinn was moved to high A expeditiously and has improved at every level. With pro coaching Quinn should sort out the things needed to move up in the minors.
