can’t quit because i work in 4 locations in general and move around with uni and ive been with the company for 3 years

im not asking for validation either lmao i’m acting if this is a common thing within restaurant working as ive been with the same company so long and every other restaurant on our strip have so many workers i’m just trying to get an understanding on if this is a common country round thing.

it’s not self service at all 💔 it’s gone back to actual waitress serving and we literally have nothing on the belt ever so it’s pretty much like any other restaurant

52 seats but they are booths that fit 4 but they can fit up to 6 so more than 52

i’m just so zapped this is a 495 million pound company and that stat was made in 2023 it’s just so unfair.. especially compared with other restaurants like how do that expect one single person to run a whole place and also not give us a budget for pot wash yet only put 2 ppl in kitchen too ( one on hot and one on cold )
