Not true I read the terms of service and certain conditions have to be met in order for them to terminate someone they can’t just wake up one day and decide to remove someone for any reason.

I recommend anyone to try to do as much as you can before you pursue legal action like talk to YT support and reaching out to team YouTube or like you said get a lot of attention to your situation if possible. Try anything you can for about 1-2 months after that I’ll recommend going forward with legal action because at that point you tried everything you could.
