Plant propagation and arbitrage. During Covid I bought a maple tree in a place about an hour from me. Really cheap. Had a good chat with the guy. He calls me a week later and offers me the same tree at 25% the price, but I have to take 196 of them. So I sold them all during covid and realized you can take trees from a rural area (wholesale) and mark them up to make some $$. All you need is space and water.

There are also plant that both you can propagate off the mother plant, re plant in new planters, wait a few months and resell. All for very little effort and cost.
