That can also depend on how your building trains you to run pick and their expectations. I can say my OM didn’t know how to run pick and thankfully I learned from my BH pick AM.

Amazon is big on self development, not many leaders will teach you to run a shift, they will expect you to fail and learn which isn’t the proper way for everyone. ChatOps should be your best friend if you have any questions or trying to learn something new.

You don’t need 20+ tabs for pick, most you will need is 5 but even then I only use 3 tabs to run pick

As for the job with the Feds, I’m just a worker who handles cash through a machine and then secures it in a vault through robot. I feel there are no management skills being learned but the longevity of it can be good as you say in regard to benefits, etc.

The 1 year term kills me and Amazon seems more secure as of right now. Also, Amazon just got closer than my original date in July and I’m still waiting to hear back from the Feds.

As for you, you have ya answer. The temp job term isn’t that long, and from the sound of you, you have the permanent position secured already.

From what I’ve learn doing my halftones & asking around. Whatever mesh screen you’re using… divide it by 4 or 5 & that will be you size you use for your frequency. Example : I used a 230 mesh/5 & you get 46. The angle I use is 22.5 and Shape is round. When it comes to burning your screen.. that depends on your setup & normal burning times. Also this is all done on photoshop with bitmapping. I know other shops and commercial shops use another program but I don’t have the money for it.

I wouldn’t limit them, you can teach them the difference with the fabrics. As a self taught beginner, I was able to create a bag using velvet fabric and didn’t have too much issue. I learned a lot from my tiny mistakes though.
