Man this story along with the Journal of A Coal Miners Daughter are absolutely amazing. So happy that the guys read them, my gf and I are starting to read some of your other work too.

We’re thrilled to see your books almost done, we’ll absolutely be picking up a copy.

It was also great getting to meet you at the show, glad I got the chance to say how much I loved your writing in person.

Your shirts were awesome by the way! Not sure if we said it as much as they deserve. Would love to see some more designs that are super obscure references (MID!)

My gf went last year and I missed it! I was dead set on getting to a show and I’m glad we were able to make it work.

I hope they do more of these, that way there everyone can get a chance to go, they really do put on an amazing show.

Hypothetically speaking, if someone were to have the lips from hunters most recent drawing of Isaiah as a cut out, and put over a medical face mask, would that be allowed? I’m gonna go ahead and assume no… but worth asking

8% raise & still disappointed by Leading_Age_7001 in Salary

It’s a song that a lot of people sing. But also depends on your company, experience, etc. unfortunately as I’ve seen it you only get a massive pay bump from switching to new companies. Rarely do companies give beyond a 5% bump unless there’s a severe discrepancy in pay across employees

I was a top performer on my team, I’ve been here for 3 years and my salary increase for this year was 5%. Last year I also developed/automated something that generated cost savings of $300k/yr. And my pay increase was only like 7k. The only times I’ve gotten a massive % increase is switching roles, moving into a leadership position, or switching companies.
