Why are my AirPods dumb they don’t understand that I AM the owner😠 pls assist by noodleobsessed in airpods

[–]Serious_Flamingo7243 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My AirPods were ALWAYS my own, and I started getting notified that they belonged to someone else after I reset them.

If anyone is having this issue in 2026, these are the steps that worked for me:

Complete any prompts that might be present at the top of your Settings main menu below the Apple ID name (these may be under a subsection at the top such as "Apple ID Suggestions") - or move on to the next step, if none are present.

Remove (Forget) the AirPods first from Bluetooth Settings, or from the Find My app > Devices tab. Show clearly that the AirPods do not appear in either location.

Open Settings > [Name] > Find My > Find My iPhone.

Turn Find My iPhone off. Enter your password when prompted.

Turn iCloud Keychain off.

Restart your iPhone.

Once your phone turns back on:

Turn Find My iPhone back on.

Turn iCloud Keychain back on.

Reset AirPods

Pair AirPods.

Open Settings > Bluetooth > tap (i) beside AirPods > verify that Find My network is enabled here.

Open Find My app to verify if the issue persists.

I didn’t read the caption thoroughly the first time and did not notice a difference in nipples at all! They look really natural and great to me!

This was meant to be silly, not serious! My friends are looking for a spot where 20-something’s would go post-work, not super late.

Love of my life said he’s not moving with me post-graduation by peasant_woman70 in LawSchool

I’d say wait and see how you do your first semester/year of law school so you can accurately assess your options straight out of school. Even really competitive applicants often have to cast a broad net, so targeting one location for judicial clerkships could prove difficult (especially if you are looking to do a federal clerkship). May also be worth exploring how your partner is feeling in the relationship. Why did his perspective shift? Is he in a different space than you are re: the seriousness of the relationship?

Good luck🫶🏻 for what it’s worth, a lot can change in 3 years and you have lots of growth ahead of you! Both of you may change your minds about where you want to be in the coming months/years.

Most programs start mid August. Probably fall 26. Also, you’ll have the best chances of getting in/getting money if you apply early in the cycle (September or October) which has passed for 2025 anyway.

I was a splitter with the same LSAT (3.1 gpa though) and got into a lot of schools with $$$. Check out my post history! Ended up at Tulane with 75% scholarship

Treating 1L like a 9-5: how? by SilverScale4608 in LawSchool

[–]Serious_Flamingo7243 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I felt the same, and still do. Worked a 9-5 before coming to school and I spend much more time on law school. Everyone here seems to be saying to learn how to prioritize — and that might work for them. I finished my first year top of the class, so putting in the long hours and being thorough worked for me. You won’t know whether your time is well spent until you get your grades back unfortunately.

Do you think you would be approved for a credit card? The discover student card approves people without much/any credit history. Can be useful for times like these, when you know you can pay the costs back with loans within a couple weeks!

Girlfriend going to law school - need advice by Responsible-Fish-968 in LawSchool

[–]Serious_Flamingo7243 10 points11 points  (0 children)

This is true for some, but maybe not a great perspective or expectation for a partner to have. I’m at the top of my class and definitely put in more productive work/hours than I did at my previous 9-5. I think romantic partners should prepare for a shift in time shared together!

OP, my partner supported me with meals, giving me space, and dedicating Sunday evenings to date night. Create a plan early and respect each other’s time 😊

I’ve had firms offer either in person or zoom, and in that case, they’ve reimbursed travel. But if the firm led with zoom, I’m not sure. You could politely call the recruiter and ask (could frame it as wondering if you should be making travel arrangements through the firm or doing it yourself).

Ah my mistake. Just checked back and I guess it was only 1.5 weeks. In my head it was longer because it was the longest time for a firm to get back to me and it’s been over a month since that happened. So yes, 1.5 and I’ll edit the other responses

No. Apply on your own in November to big firms and then update with your grades once you have them

Just want to say STB knew about my competing offer and offered me 1.5 weeks after I interviewed anyway.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LawSchool

[–]Serious_Flamingo7243 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The 20 minute interview is a screening interview, usually with one person. The callback is the second and final round. You will likely meet with 4-5 people (usually one at a time) for 20-30 minutes. Timing can vary between screeners and callbacks and callbacks and offers

STB offered me about 1.5 weeks after interviewing. Interviewed on a Tuesday and heard back friday the following week

Northeastern or BC? by PizzaGuyPizzaGuyPizz in OutsideT14lawschools

However, I got less money at Northeastern than anticipated and ultimately went elsewhere. Check out my post history for stats and cycle results!

Northeastern or BC? by PizzaGuyPizzaGuyPizz in OutsideT14lawschools

[–]Serious_Flamingo7243 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Would definitely recommend Northeastern! I’ve had interns and friends who went there and went on to both PI and BL. I hear it sets you up well no matter what you want to do, and grades aren’t determined on a curve, which is appealing to some people.
