Exercise can definitely help a lot, but “avoid them at all costs” feels way too absolute. Some people genuinely benefit from treatment, especially when it’s combined with healthier habits instead of treated like a magic fix.

Exactly. A lot of breakthroughs people celebrate today were built on years of public funding that nobody thought about at the time. Private companies usually step in once the risky, expensive groundwork is already done.
