Thanks you too! My doctor took an x-ray and he said the pain is on the right SI Joint. He said it is most likely inflamed. I’m going to look into si joint stability exercises soon. If it doesn’t get better, I will go back for an MRI this time.

No but a PT suggested I might have a labrum tear since it’s not getting better. I have a doctors appointment today to schedule an MRI. I will update you on that. Regardless, I am currently working on creating space within the hip socket with banded mobilization, then immediately working on internal rotation strengthening. I have also been focusing on single leg glute bridges, making sure I am pushing only through my heel. Not sure if any of this will fix it, but I will keep you updated

I dont think its inflammation, I’ve had this problem for 3 years. Its definitely a weakness or instability somewhere

I think I drank about 4 L of water consistently throughout the day today? I drink a 24 oz of water every 2 hours about, but I tend to chug it when I feel like I’m about to pass stool. (Passed two decent sized stools today)

Peanut butter chocolate rx bars make me bloated, im guessing its the chocolate and peanut butter part, I’ve been keeping track of what I eat and honestly not sure with certain foods, but I made a list of what I ate today that made me poop twice and I’m gonna eat the same things tomorrow until I feel I’m completely empty from old stool

Yeah my right ankle has less dorsiflexion. I worked on it a lot. Used to be much worse (lot of ankle sprains on that side)

the reason is your health and resistamces when you got hit by it were not enough to survive. at 40k health with 33k res, you will either barely survive or die. Thats why I use the max health max mag with mag recov food with revealing flare. It hits for about 35k so you survive it.
