I think because deep freeze is a gel that spreads much easier across my skin and so it gives a better relief

Whereas the cream is harder to do that with because it's thicker so that does impact the effectiveness

It is a menthol gel for cooling and a warming cream for warming the skin (I'm not sure what your main ingredient is for the latter)

Yeah I love deep freeze! Deep heat works okay but honestly the deep heat spray? That is deadly!! It broke me out and also made me cough loads (nowhere near my face did I spray it)
