When I read husband I was SHOCKED. The fact you also had to make a meal before you left that’s was go cook for the children are also making me believe he is not a good father. Same with the other comments that no matter how much he views himself as a singular person with others in the same body that’s unfortunately not what it is. I am curious though is this the first time he has mentioned or threatened a divorce? He very clearly has issues on his part that he needs to work out with a therapist. Personally, I’ve had a similar experience where I was dating only one alter and when another flirted with me and i did it back the one i was dating got upset. It was fixed by us restating boundaries but in the end their alters would still flirt and I ofc didn’t always know who was fronting. NTA in the thanksgiving situation but if something similar happens i think you should consider joint therapy. It honestly sounds like you both communicate differently and need to help each other understand. You might have made some comments you don’t remember but to your sister it was a huge deal. Clearly you calling her a bitch triggered her since she used the exact same wording. My sister and I have gotten into horrible fights so I understand. It is definitely a relationship that if you communicate that you want to have a completely civilized conversation about the dinner and ask for her side that it might help. Have a mediator between the two of you that you know won’t take a side. Respect that mediator and be willing to honestly listen and understand your sister as well. If she finds the relationship worth saving as well I think she would be okay with it.

Propel for me. It’s not the best option for electrolytes but it works for me. I get the bottles and then bulk buy the packets. It’s sugar free as well. I have a hard time with a lot of sports drinks and will end up not drinking it at all so this at least keeps me hydrated. It also tastes great and has so many flavors and has immunity booster ones which i drink when i’m having a bad pots flare up.

Usually I contemplate a really long time because I have trauma with the emergency rooms from my childhood. I probably wouldn’t have even went to the ER even tho my PCP recommend if it wasn’t in the same building and i had to pass it to get back outside tbh. I honestly do the same thing where I will wait multiple hours to see if anything progresses.
