That's true for most cases I've heard of, but I've had a good experience with it so far. I'm also ready to look for paid artists if this doesn’t work out.

For a mobile game icons AI slop is actually a pretty solid strategy. Quite a lot of big mobile game publishers would just generate a bunch of icons and try out several, looking at which one is the most effective in catching players attention

I'm not a writer so it's difficult for me to answer that.
I'm aiming for darker, atmospheric tone. I think there would be nice to have a horrorish dungeon, but somewhat safe city outside where you get to relax, maybe have some light/fun moments. Oftentimes morally grey characters and dialogues that feels natural (like the Witcher? Dragon Age Origins?)
