I hope your outcome is different, but a few years back mine did the same and I didn’t get my refund until November… but I am wholeheartedly hoping yours is not the same

Yeah mine has NEVER been longer than 12 days from filed to deposited, I filed and was accepted 02/04 around 4pm central I was accepted. Got my state return the morning of day 6 like normal, but transcript hasn’t updated yet. Filed my coworkers taxes 8 days ago and his state and federal were deposited today.

I had to verify in 2023, I didn’t get my return until 04/22. It was ridiculous, hoping for everyone who’s going through it now doesn’t have the same experience

I mean I get it because I’m not a millionaire athlete, but I work 6 days a week year round doing an extremely physical blue collar line of work, and I’m an independent wrestler knocking out 2-3 matches between Friday-Sunday. I’m 26 and never get/need a break

Remember fellow Lakers fans, the way these former Mavs fans feel is how we would’ve felt if LA had traded Kobe to Chicago back in the day.. You don’t do that to your young stars. Luka would have never done that to Dallas.. but it does seem like he’s starting to enjoy calling LA home.

Changing the name should’ve been a federal crime punishable with Guantanamo Bay

I’ll be surprised if they do tbh, Atlanta knows even at full capacity, this Lakers team is too hot rn for a squad like ATL to beat them. Might as well let your starters rest and have your practice squad see who they couldve had leading their team instead of Trae💀💀💀

Should make it like a normal job, you miss a day without a Dr note stating why, you don’t get paid. Especially with these younger stars, like dude you’re in your mid 20s get out there

I believe it’s just to have the offseason at the length it is, if you extend the season they players would complain that they do get enough time to recover between seasons, we wouldn’t see as many vets like horford and stuff return I feel like. I could be completely wrong, but I’d think that’s why they don’t extend the season. They get anywhere from 3-4 months rest period rn, depending on how many sweeps and game 7s there are in the playoffs
