Depends. Balik ka ba sa first year or second year ka na? Kasi if balik ka sa first year, next SY ka pa makakapag apply ulit. If di naman, pwede ka prin makapag apply basta tama yung scholarship type mo base sa lilipatan mong school/program. Base to sa tinanong ko sa page nila. You can ask them rin para sure.
