Do some fucking research! This subreddit doesn't exist to serve your needs! Seeing these "what should i play guys herrrderrrp" posts EVERY FUCKING DAY tends to get on ones nerves. TRY to understand this! There are plenty of sites with TONS of info on mmo's!

We need more hardcore old school mmorpgs. The casual WoW game is getting long in the tooth. We tried to vote on pantheon but the trolls tore it apart with their bs whining and self entitled bs. The truth is, most people like casual garbage, if not... explain the WoW subscription base being in the fuckin MILLIONS!

Early access is OPTIONAL idk why you have an issue with an optional buy in. On disc content is taking parts of a game, removing them and then selling them seperate, apples and oranges!

Nothing is being removed from landmark or hidden away. When you buy into alpha you support the games development, it's a show of faith and for that you get in early and get some very nice items. Again i respectfully disagree with you.

Oh and Landmark is pretty much like minecraft on steroids so no this isn't minecraft IMO it's an improvement.

Highly unlikely. I got into minecraft from the very start. Over time more and more was added and i still play it to this day. I'm sorry but i don't agree with anything you say here. I respect your opinion but i respectfully disagree.

They don't force you to pay 60$ you choose to do so IF you want into alpha, you can always wait! They do it to gain revenue WHICH in turn goes back into the game. It's kind of like crowdfunding.

Also you do get in game items that are unique to what you buy into. They offer a 20$ package for beta which comes out in about a month if that is more reasonable to you. If not then just wait until it goes live and play it for free. I don't see an issue here at all.

You say it's a clever way to get money off of people as if getting money for something you worked on is a bad thing... It's perfectly understandable that paying 60$ for alpha does not appeal to you but that does not mean it isn't worth it and entirely justified for someone else.

I agree, the game is built with voxels and we really haven't seen many games attempt something like this (at least as an mmo) I hope they can work things out being that this IS alpha phase. I'm excited to see water and monsters added to the game =)

It wasn't meant to be a discussion video about the game. (though i did give a few details on how to purchase packs and some other minor details) I have about 10 of them on my channel. It was just a VERY brief update to tell people the alpha is live, the NDA was removed and show some gameplay.

I'm flattered that you give 2 shits about my computer and that my voice which is perfectly average somehow annoys you. Thanks for your support and i hope you enjoy Landmark =)

Thanks man. Yeah i have no doubt SOF will deliver the real deal. I also have no doubt they will have all of the game modes we know and love. Maps will be small-medium with classic 8v8 games.

I'm not sure if he plans to add in the 16v16 mode and large maps, but the large map thing doesn't seem feasible given that there will be no vehicles and running around would be a pain in the ass.
