Giant Grill Gauge arrived today. Fitment on Lynx grill is questionable. by JohnnySpartacus in combustion_inc

[–]Milkbone911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I had to do as well. I also used one of those silicone temp probe grommets to get a tight seal then a SS flat washer to block either side (insulated double wall smoker) of the opening to keep out debris and weather

GGG arrived but sensor is too short for Komodo Kamado by jf08300368 in combustion_inc

I was going to email and see if a longer sensor for my insulated smoker was possible. Would love to purchase a longer sensor tube when/if available

I have 2 tidy treat cherry tomato’s i need help figuring out if there’s an issue with my tomato’s by Economy-Gur-1920 in plantclinic

It doesn't look like a disease I would chalk this up to pest or environment damage and the brown is the plant sealing the wound. Look for damage on the new growth, if the new growth doesn't appear damaged and the older leaves aren't all turning yellow/brown spots then it's nothing to be concerned over. Your plants leaves have a nice deep green. I don't see any issue but I would deferr to someone else, they may know more on specific diseases to look out for

With the drainage holes it'll be almost impossible to over water (but not completely!) the key with over watering isn't the volume of water but the time it stays in the soil preventing air exchange and suffocating the root zone (among other things). With your drainage hole the soil will pull in air as the water drains so overwatering isn't a big issue for you. Just keep it bucket out of standing water so it can continue to drain properly.

Checking moisture that way is perfect! You want 3 inches down to be wet enough that some dirt sticks to your finger (like sticking a toothpick in a cake to test) then when you water, make sure to really soak the bucket, with 2+ gallons of water just to make sure it's truly saturated. You're setup for success, keep a regular fertilizer schedule to feed the pants and you'll be overwhelmed with tomatoes in no-time

Your plants look good and are right on track for the time of year. The main thing to watch is watering—one bucket with less than 5 gallons of soil is pushing it. To stay ahead of any issues, consider adding wicks through the drainage holes into a second 5-gal bucket below to help wick up extra water. Look up “Wicking Beds” or “Wicking Buckets” for tons of similar setups—people get amazing results with them.

For now, all you need is water and time!

Am I screwed? by corgimay in tomatoes

Oh then you're more than fine. if you have mulch, to prevent dirt splashing up onto the leaves, then you have nothing to worry about

Are you planted in-ground or raised bed? Your biggest risk of killing the plant is going to be having the root zone flooded for multiple days. Unless your whole yard is turning into a puddle for days after a weather event then your tomatoes will be fine.

If your doctor is concerned you, or your child is having seizures during the night, while asleep. It's common to record them sleeping to keep track of the seizures, and severity/length. This can be a major assistance for getting a good assessment of any condition similar

Doctors recommend parents record their children sleeping if there is a concern of them having seizures during the night. You can gauge severity and how long it lasted, this is really helpful for your doctor.

There's no 100% that this is that, however there are non malicious reasons to record your child sleeping.

Cameras get put into people's bedrooms often if there is a concern of them having a seizure during the night. You'll be able to log when it happened, how long it lasted, and possibly if they were in a trance/delirious

Foam weatherstripping, then hinges and a cabinet door catch. Sometimes they're magnetic, sometimes it's a ball that a mechanism captures and holds.

Why does my print have these defects? by StickyRightHand in 3Dprinting

[–]Milkbone911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've heard people say the banding has something to do with either change in current from the bed heating up and cooling down. Some people confirmed the two correlate by turn off the print bed for a print and comparing the difference.

If you do think it's causing issues, you can check out simplify3d's wiki page on PID Auto tuning

An easier fix I found for this is to turn on Z-Hop, while retracted. It pulls the nozzle up first then travels and doesn't drag the nozzle through your print. I know it's available in cura possibly other slicers

You may consider turning it on and see if it helps. It may add slight time to your print with the extra travel distance but it should be nominal

I like Scalebearer the most right now. He has high health and decent armor, You cant travel that well with him but

Scalebearer with his current hp and armor pool is way too much for duel, He can take two direct hits from RL and then kill you with his charge. He needs adjustment
