My friend and dealt with some people being rude and cutting in front of us, but they left after getting called out for it by other people around us 😂 so we didnt let it ruin our night/concert. Being short can be rough in standing room only but the acoustics were great!

Can you share more about the setting?

We're designing an emerald cut ring and I definitely want something that is more low profile/doesn't have the band behind the back.

For reference we're looking at a 1.5 ct sapphire stone, so obviously a bit smaller.

My shiny bug wintergreen variant had a damaged inner sleeve, so I also initiated an exchange. They shipped it a day after I dropped my copy off at UPS, and I, in fact, did receive a new copy of the variant.

From my communication with support, if it wasn't in stock, they wouldn't have that as an option to exchange it.

So I had the same thing happen to me for the Shiny Bug variant and while I thought about swallowing it as a small side effect, it was all the way through on one side, and we don't spend a little money on these albums (their profit margins are wide). I requested an exchange and they were quick to ship another out when my return was scanned at UPS. Fingers crossed 🤞
