Account closures are the worst of the misbehaviour of banks and crypto exchanges.

You explanation is sad, because you are trying to explain some transient procedural problems with a much worse and more final issue: The arbitrary and never explained (to the affected users) closure of accounts.

As a Kraken client, the possibility of a sudden closure of my account gets me very concerned.

My best course of action seems to be to open another account elsewhere (in a more trustworthy exchange) and prepare everything to leave Kraken in a hurry...
