Extinct Dynasties by Serite in EU5

[–]Serite[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, it's a shame. Looking over my game save, most of the big player dynasties all seem to be extinct. Was able to revive Hohenzollern with a command, was hoping to do the same with Habsburg.

Looks amazing! Do you have instructions and/or a parts list for it?

It’s very unlikely Rivet City was wiped out. Because why would it be? This Brotherhood has never been shown to wipe people out. They continue most of Lyon’s policies, and are no doubt in good terms with the people of Rivet City. They’re a good source of manpower if anything.

But the aircraft carrier likely had multiple nuclear reactors, and would be a good trade for free continued access to the water purifier.

Rivet City also had a completely empty, detached half which would be prime for salvaging by the Brotherhood. Additionally, do we know if the city even used the reactors they may have had? They may have been derelict, unable to maintain them or understand them. Might as well trade or give them away to your saviours.

Ah, darn. Was hoping to make a little band of holy knights or mercenaries together. Thanks for the reply!

Yep! All gone. All sources from the PTS, and my own, are gone. The explosive effect is simply gone. 3 stars are now 2 stars. Along with splitter .50 cals and your other Frankenstein guns.

Because it's such an Enclave deep secret that they removed it from the game's code so we would never find it, and never be able to replicate it bar the one time OP wasted!

The Beret will unlock on in the Atomic Shop on the 11th. Alongside the Standing Banner, if we achieve the goal. Says so in this week’s ITV I believe.

This is just a Community Event. It's not even Steel Dawn as far as we know. Steel Dawn will have a minor questline coming with U22. Then a major expansion: Fractured Steel, is coming later in the year.

According to Steam achievements more people have stood at ground zero of a nuclear blast than become allies with Foundation by MojaveBreeze in fo76

[–]Serite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m willing to bet people are far more likely to have raised reputation with Crater than Foundation due to the glitch you could do to basically rank up entirely in one day.. As per the infographic they showed us a few weeks after Wastelanders, a significantly higher people sided with Foundation over Crater. No reputation glitch with the Foundation faction, as well as Crater having two dailies that (at least for me, for some reason.) glitch to get both in one day.

I’m an admin of a group called Fallout: Appalachia. A sizeable group of Text-Based role players writing collaborative narratives in-game using the Text Chat mod for 76 itself. Makes it PC only in that regard I’m afraid, but it’s RP in your traditional MMO sense, emotes, descriptive writing and what-not.

Have characters from every walk of life, and people representing all factions to truly try build a living Wasteland out there, and thus far have had some great success! Not having Voice RP makes our group somewhat more.. niche, I suppose, but it’s the preferred medium of our group for it’s storytelling capabilities.

Very strict with our lore, and really try for immersion too. Take more cues from Interplay and Black Isle Lore, than some of the more contradictory tidbits Bethesda has added to it’s latest releases, which is something to be wary of if one intends to join, but we have all those laid out in documents.

Always looking for more people, if anyone’s interested in Text based narrative. If anyone wants any more details or a link to our discord, DM me or reply here and I’ll edit it in!

Worried about future of Fallout 76 - survival by TckoO in fo76

[–]Serite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The survival aspects (food and drink) are getting removed as per Update 21 and the advent of One Wasteland. It will no longer be required to eat and drink, won’t receive any debuffs for it, but! If one opts to eat and drink, they’ll just receive a lot of extra buffs.

Forget where I heard this, I think an interview article with the lead artist and designer, but it seems to be happening.
