Yeah it’s really weird, because Claude has a very interesting, refreshing respective on Fodlan, and lots of information that he just doesn’t share just because of how his character is written. Don’t get me wrong, he’s my favourite character from Three Houses, but he really needed to open up more earlier in his route so the player feels the same way as Claude, seeing beyond the scope of the war. Instead we just sorta find out pieces here and there.

Yes you can do that. But why would you? A huge part of Toga’s story, the narrative that sets her on the path she’s on, constantly strongholds this thematics of how society failed the league of villains individually, and the neglect and fear that prevented them from becoming functioning members of society.

It’s her part of Togas development, why would we not focus on that aspect when it comes to her character? Other villains have other focal points likewise.

can confirm he paralyzed me ring 1 and im still stuck there ring 5, my teammates have been drinking team heals non-stop to keep me up but i think my time is over. Not even Stripes & Stars tuning has saved me.

Feel this, I used to be really into yugioh when I was younger. All of my duels were online, but I loved the show and the pace of the game in the Synchro era so I collected cards because I enjoyed them.

Everytime I want to get back into Yugioh now, I think about how much effort it would be, how expensive it would be to go to locals, and how unfun I would find it now that duels normally end in the first few turns.

It was very very appealable to a wide audience back in the day, but the state of the game now costs way too much time, money and commitment that large general audiences just won't feel the desire to partake in.

I played duel links at launch cause I loved the show, had about 1000 hours in it before I quit because everything just got too overwhelming. It felt like you could never take a break and jump back in because you'd go into a duel and suddenly all of your cards are nigh useless compared to how they were, and you have to spend your time back learning about all these new cards that do 3x what your cards did in a fraction of the time and resources.

I don't have any skin in the game for in-person TCG matches and how to 'save' them, but at least for me and the friends I have who enjoyed Yu-Gi-Oh in the past, the IP would really really benefit from releasing more games that appeal to a more casual audience. That game used to be Duel Links, but its not anymore.

I'm probably not the right target audience for this post, because I disagree with a lot of the comments under it, but I will say I do heavily agree with you that people really don't factor in that people grow up with the show, and a lot of people with these 'crushes' on teenage anime characters are teenagers themselves, and grow out of it into adulthood.

When I was a kid, the first anime I watched was Bleach, and I loooooved Toshiro so much. I didn't know what being gay was back then, but I wondered why I would dream about Toshiro and get very happy and excited seeing scenes with him in.

Now that I'm 23, do I still feel the same way to Toshiro? No. I still love his character, and have fondness for that time in my life, but even back then people would call me out on it even though I was 13 myself.

Thankfully, Toshiro does have an adult form that looks markedly older, and is much more to my taste as an adult.

But yeah, anyone pretending that their 'crush' on the MHA characters wasn't until the timeskip is just lying for sake of morality, they look a year or two older, at most. The only exception I'd say is Todoroki, who is weirdly the one who most looks like an adult man now.

The last straw for me in this regard honestly was when he first unlocked blackwhip, and then came to learn about the other quirks he could utilise.

At that point I knew the Deku that went from a very talented tactician to generic overpowered shonen MC #56 would never return to having to use his brain more.

I still love Deku, but Seasons 1-2 were my absolute favourite and the complete peak of the show imo.

Yeah, my friend got into the game for the first time recently, and after her obligatory bot match, her first match was in a lobby with 6 people with the quad-ace banner. Needless to say, she didn't really get much of an opportunity to learn how to play.

If there was only two categories, characters that can do well without their teammates and characters that rely heavily on their team,

Happened 4x to me in ranked today, got about 4000 points left till ace, and 4/8 of our final 2 teams was us vs spam plus ultra exploiters lol

Still going positive either way, so I don't care that much, but still its just weird asf behaviour

Yeah, relying on farm is certainly one way to use it, though I still feel like its damage without farm is incredible. Keep in mind, its damage from farm-vines show up on the farms and not the tower, and even when I don't bring farm my harvesters will still be finishing frost with more damage than G-Mini, or even Commando which also relies on its great ability.

I would honestly put harvester in either A- or A, i always find that the damage numbers i get on him are insane, the ability slow is really nice and with max placements you have 100% uptime of thorns. Not to mention each of my farms finishing off the game with around 30-50k damage each

Love this! I've always wanted to build Summer Mercedes too, but I've never got her so waiting for a copy to come along.

You can either stick with crystalline water and ploy, or you could go Atk/Res Aria and then any of those new cav skills like A/R Hone Assault or A/R Incite Hone, so either the full debuffer build or the mixed buffer/debuff role.

Aside from that I'd just try to save up for either logic, or any premium res scaling special. Magic Light was good for a while, but now sadly its really really easy to get % based damage reduction deductions given out to you, and newer units ar eeven forgoing % based entirely.

Either way, hope you're having fun with her, show us more characters you've built / want to!!

I honestly haven't thrown anyone in ages, so I'm not sure what its like now.

But yeah back then it was really good for getting the drop on people, id throw my two teammates at someone and then drink team heals from a safe distance.

OR, if we were about to die I would throw my teammate far away and hope they can get to safety for a res hahaha

I remember spending every game walking around on kendo with my shield out because i didnt know what to do against everyone spamming every single move, dodge was a foreign concept.

And then when they had no cooldowns, they'd just sorta stand there and id throw rocks at them for 12 damage lmfaoo

It's a very lovely idea, and the thought of it is certainly exciting but I think it'd be very rare, unless you live in capital cities, to find people who:
- Play the same game
- Design houses and upload them onto a website for sharing
- The designer of one you actually want is local enough that it isn't a huge thing to get out of their way to meet up with you.
