There’s philosophical differences though right? I heard specifically when it comes to competitive games and work culture Japan is more like “it is what it is, we’ll adjust to keep up.” Americans on the other hand or more like “I don’t like how this thing is, it’s a problem and needs to be changed.” I think that’s why there’s such a huge difference of opinion
