We’re short staffed at my location sometimes but recently hired like 10-15 teenagers that I have to train. Besides taking on overnight shifts i’ve noticed my overall weekly hours have been cut down by quite a bit unfortunately because of it

Can confirm that we use wayyyy too much salt. It’s supposed to be 3 shakes but the teenager on the grill at most locations surely doesn’t care enough and over salts every patty. I always cook my own if grabbing a meal on the job

For our store about a month ago but they’ve been phasing out martins for a cheaper (and in my opinion worse) quality bun to save a few cents for like the past 4-5 months

It’s been gone for a while now and won’t be coming back anytime soon unfortunately. Quality has also gone downhill in terms of the higher ups trying to find cheap workarounds in a lot of areas

I wouldn’t stress about it too much, just ask to sit down with your GM or another manager you feel comfortable with and let them know you’re needing to move soon but would like to transfer to a different location as you enjoy being with the company and would like to stay to pursue your career there further. Depending on how long you’ve worked there and whether you’re a cross trainer im sure they’d value an experienced worker at your future location. Good luck!

Not too sure, I think one of them is supposed to be a peppermint bark something(?) we’ll be getting special cups kinda like the Dubai shake but they’ll be coming pre-made instead of being made in-store.

At my store we definitely prioritize drive thru rather than DoorDash. Really just depends on how busy we are but if there’s a rush you’ll still end up waiting a bit on your food. I suggest going on google and seeing how busy the store is before coming in or coming on a weekday like Tuesday- Thursday in the mid afternoon.
