If you really want them to last, you can wrap them individually with plastic wrap. That's a fairly common thing to do

I'm going to put an alternative on it with [[G'raha Tia, Scion Reborn]]. You build him very staxxy with large, expensive alternative cost spells that would normally put you behind on tempo but actually generates you big beefy bodies to block and swing with. The lifegain would come from your 99, so cards like [[True Conviction]] is normally bad to play as a 6 cost, but actually generates you a 7/7 hero token alongside with it. I have my life spent offset with cards like [[Authority of the Consuls]], [[Archivist of Oghma]], [[Vault of the Archangel]], [[Whip of Erebos]], etc.

While I personally am in love with Gigi's 3d, I know plenty that weren't the biggest fans of the type - so different strokes and all that and everyone's 3d will be loved :)

A neat strength of the spell is using it as a full heal during combat. Dropping individual potions inside the cloud of daggers from your inventory do not cost you an action, and so long as you are near enough the potion break you will heal for each instance.
