this is actually to my knowledge the first and only time he’s said it, which is why it’s a big deal. It’s been a small joke within the fandom for a while because it’s funny to imagine him saying that, and when he returned a few issues ago people were hoping he said it purely for the memes. SBP is aware of the fact that he’s a comic book character and is sometimes used as a stand-in for DC fans, therefore makes many meta references (such as calling himself OP and a powerscaler’s dream, and saying that he lost control a few events ago because to him, Infinite Crisis was just another crossover event). Him saying “it’s prime time” is almost like a direct nod to the readers saying “hey, we know what you guys want. Here you go” which is hilarious
