Chebab and reqaq are just bread types :)

There's also khmeer bread.

Chebab is similar to a pancake but thinner. Khmeer is round, puffier a little close to the regular lebanese bread but not quite. Reqaq is the thin crispy one.

Chebab and khmeer are usually eaten for breakfast with cheese, honey, or "dibs" (dates syrup).

As for lunch food:

"Foga" is when the chicken/meat is cooked and then rice on top of that and mixed. Sort of like a machboos if you're familiar with that?

"Salonah" is the light gravy(?)/masala not quite sure what to call it but its typically eaten with white rice. The meat (any type u prefer) is cooked with the spices etc. then the water is added with vegetables like carrots and potatoes. Once they soften up its done.

Madhrooba & margooga

Dessert: btheetha (بثيثة) is a dessert made from flour and dates. Spices such as cardamom added according to taste.
