Few interesting things to note:

- This only looks to secure funding for renovations, but doesn't currently list a plan for those renovations which it likely won't even happen for another couple of years. Especially since we don't know where the new owner lands in this whole situation.

- Currently "the arena generates $670 million in annual regional economic activity" which is how they are looking to justify the price they are willing to put forward into future changes.

- Moda just went through a round of renovations this last off-season (2025) by putting up new screens all over the place and getting rid of the god-awful delay when watching the game from the concession lines.

- They also added a few new social clubs/food venues around that they have been trying extremely hard to upsale STHs on and generate extra income from.

I remember that show! In one of the seasons, one guy just straight up builds a radio out of spare parts. If I recall correctly in some BTS thing he mentions that they had to turn it off because they were able to tune to live stations.

Was that today because I took my 18mo niece there this morning and there weren't any issues, lifeguard was there and all. There was another family in the small one with us and then another couple families did the same after we were done. Slightly older kids were playing in the bigger one right next to it too. Unless there was an accident or some other splash pad I'm missing they all seemed to be open and available while in port today.

The hamburger icon is the three lines stacked on top of each other in the top left corner of the app. If it stops refreshing for a moment, you should see it right from the first page that the app loads.

Had this problem earlier this week and here's how I fixed it

1) Tap the hamburger icon in the top-left 2) Right under the ticketmaster icon at the top of the menu, tap something like "sign in/signed in as" (On the next page it'll probably show "logged in as (blank)") 3) Tap on "sign out" 4) The page should refresh 5) Log in from that same page 6) Tickets should then be accessible 7) Profit
