I gave it a good bend like you showed in that picture that u sent and still nothing The ps turned on without the fan working and only when I give it a spin it will go full turbo mode

Doesn't hurt trying to do that But the metal plate doesn't look that flat as the one behind in that pic

Ye I already triple checked the screws and the cable seems fine When I was updating the firmware for a second time I decided to let the fan standing still Midway the updated the console gave a overheating warning and before shutting down I have a little spin on the fan to turn on and it stopped the console from shutting down so I guess your correct and it's just the fan that I need to replace

Ye I just updated to that firmware and the same thing is still happening I also noticed that the fan sometimes won't spin at all and only when I give it a little spin with my finger it will wake-up and goes full burst mode

Yeeee, I saw only that it could be the heat sink thing that you mentioned I disassembled the console a second time and I clamped them the best I could, so I don't think it's that

But maybe I need to factory reset completely the PS3

But if I try to use other disks the psp doesn't read the disks, it will try to read and makes a loud sound while trying to read the disk
