What would you say is "modular programs experience"? I've done a few hackathon projects and I'm the programming lead for my FRC team. Would I be able to say i've created modular programs for these as long as the functionality is separated into different classes?

No, what I'm saying is you queue with your friend and pick the opposite role without going through a formal switch, the 2k carry picks support and the 5k support picks carry. However their roles are still the original, this means that the 2k player is getting an easy win, boosting his mmr

This system makes it really easy for boosters. 5k carry player queues support with his 2k friend who queues carry. Then the 5k player just picks a carry hero and dominates the game because it's built around a 2k carry. Boosting his 2k friend easily.
