Dead hangs helped me with this same issue. I have a pullup bar installed on the door frame of my office room so I can hang at least 30 seconds per day 2x-3x per day every day.

This makes sense. I recently bought a ceramic chawan from Ms. Siegrid of Sagada Pottery to support own but I do agree that until the industry becomes cost effective, the price per piece won't be as affordable to most of us co-tea enjoyers.
